- Reservations
- Reservations must be made at least one day in advance. To inquire about same-day availability, please ask at the reception desk or use the phone in your room. If you would like an appointment before noon, please make your reservation by 8:00pm the day before.
- Cancellation Policy
- A 50% cancellation fee will apply for same-day cancellations made up until the reservation start time. A 100% cancellation fee will apply if no notice is given before the reservation start time. (This includes cases where we are unable to adjust your appointment time due to late arrival).
- What to bring

A full range of amenities are provided, so guests are not required to bring anything.
If you wear contact lenses, please either bring a contact lens case or remove them before coming.
