QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?
ACheck in is from 3:00pm and check out is by 12:00pm.
QCan I check in early or check out late?
ADepending on room availability, you can check in early or check out late. An additional fee will be charged for the extra time.
QWhat is the cancellation fee policy?
AThe cancellation fee is 20% if canceled at least two weeks in advance, 50% if canceled at least seven days in advance, and 100% for same-day cancellations.
QDoes the cancellation fee apply if my flight is canceled?
AIf your flight is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, the cancelation fee will be waived.
QIs there a waiting list?
AIf the date or room you wish to book is fully booked on the web reservation page, please contact us directly by phone for availability.
QAre there non-smoking rooms?
AAll rooms and the main building are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted at the poolside area and on the guestroom terraces.
QAre there any age restrictions?
AIn line with our concept of providing a resort for adults where guests can enjoy a relaxing escape away from daily life, we only accept guests aged 13 and above.
QIs there a pickup service?
AWe offer a pickup service to and from Yakushima Airport or Anbo Port in time with your arrival and departure. Vehicles can accommodate up to five people. If you wish to use this service, please inform us at least three days in advance. Include your flight or ferry details when contacting us. We do not provide transportation to or from Miyanoura Port, but it is possible to coordinate a pickup at Yakushima Airport or Anbo Port, timed with arrivals and departures at those locations.
QWhat payment types do you accept?
AWe accept payment using cash, credit card or bank transfer. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Diners, Mastercard, JCB, UFJ, Amex, and UnionPay. If you wish to pay via bank transfer, please contact us directly.
QHow far are the rooms from the main building and what kind of transport is available?
AThe furthest room is approximately three minutes’ walk from the main building. We also offer a cart shuttle service on the hotel premises.
QCan I bring my pet?
AUnfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.
QCan I smoke inside my room?
AAll rooms are non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please use the terrace.
QWhat kind of rooms are available? Are there single rooms or connecting rooms?
AAll rooms, including those for single guests, are twin rooms. Unfortunately, we do not have connecting rooms.
QCan three people or more stay in one room?
AOur villas can accommodate up to three guests, with one guest sleeping on a daybed or sofa bed.
QIs there room service?
AYes, we offer room service from 10:00am to 10:00pm.
QCan special arrangements be made for celebrations such as birthdays or weddings?
AUpon reservation, we can organize a cake (sizes start at 9cm diameter). We can also prepare a celebratory dessert during dinner. Please contact us directly to discuss reservations and fees.
QCan I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in time?
AYes, we can hold luggage in the lobby. If you wish to send your luggage in advance via courier service, please attach a label or tag clearly indicating your check-in date and the name under which the reservation was made and send it to the address below.
