Breakfast is prepared with carefully selected local ingredients, with both Western and Japanese dishes incorporating an abundance of fresh vegetables, locally grown citrus fruits, honey, and other ingredients unique to Yakushima. Freshly baked bread handmade by our passionate boulanger using Yakushima-grown yeast is a highlight of the breakfast experience. From croissants to Danishes, a wide variety of creations accompanied by enticing aromas rising from the oven invite you to savor the start of each precious day. Our house-made jams and butter are also not to be missed.
